I am requesting volunteers for the 2020 SET which this year will have some connection with the National Red Cross. Also in the era of COVID-19, we will want to ensure safe participation in the exercise.

A major factor in this SET will be sending and receiving Winlink messages, so we have time to boost up our Winlink capabilities.
