Couldn’t tell what happened sometime after 4:00 yesterday afternoon. Was not the cable disconnected but the computer thought it was. REBOOT! K0SI-10 back on the air. Bill

Element 4 study
Fred Dittrich
Hi
amateurlogic.tv is starting to go through the Extra exam questions. Since they go through a few questions per week this will give you time to research each set of questions for a week before the next set is presented. This might give you a relaxed opportunity to bulk up on the EE elements of radio even if you don't test for Element 4. 73 Fred AE0FD

Re: RE club projector
Also usefull to use a Raspberry Pi on a VGA moniter.
I have the dongle type, but this adapter just mounts to the VGA socket, i bit cleaner I think.

Hi
FYI, when I gave the January presentation I bought an HDMI-DVI adapter cable and stuck it in the side pocket of the projector for everyone's use. 73 Fred AE0FD

Re: Update to Links of Interest Page at k0si.net
John W. Smith
Thanks, Bill. Truthfully, if I were more diligent, I'd have done this sooner. I only thought of adding podcast links recently, and I figured that might be helpful for our newer hams. I'll add the new one from ARRL whenever it becomes available.

Update to Links of Interest Page at k0si.net
John W. Smith
I've updated the Links of Interest page on our club site by putting a category near the bottom of the page for podcasts & videos. I thought that might be of interest for new/recent hams in addition to what's already there.
The page is at: https://k0si.net/links-of-interest/ A couple of the links currently on the page didn't want to open in the Brave browser without a little extra coaxing, and a couple other links timed out. Your experience may be different. If you see any link that's broken or out of date, please let me know. 73, John, KC0HSB -- This message came to you from John Wesley Smith kc0hsb@... Help with setting up DMR anytone AT-D878UV Radio non bluetooth
Cody
Hi its KE0SWO, I just got my radio this week. I havent had time to really dive into it all due to being busy an working all the time an no veicheal at the moment due to work being done on it... so I made an entered everything in an updated the software. everytime I get it an try to upload everything to the radio it gets band Error. so look up they have isswues so put the radio in test mode an made it go to 0000 intead of facrtoy stock, still getting it. All I want to do is get on the DMR Local repeater an test it out before I add a bunch more things. I have channel 1 an slot 1 with K0SI info in time slot 1. BUt do not have a Time Slot 2... Am I doing something wrong. ALso have the color code 3 in an abeen looking for info. Im lost. Now the best way to get ahold of me at the moment is throught email. It be awsome if someone could help me. I even watch the basics of bridgecom. also even tried programming it in manually to hit the repeater. I cant tell if I am or am not due to everything an not able at this time to meet up due to working 7 days a week an more.

They added a new section to the Florida Winlink Net Check-in report showing how many from each state checked in.
It was pretty lonely for me representing Missouri. I am curious if anyone else tried and wondering if my directions were correct. 73, Jim An excerpt from the report follows: ================

TOTAL Stations: 64
